A rubric of the skills that matter on an FLL Challenge or FTC team, mapped against your roster. Click any cell to cycle through Emerging → Practicing → Proficient → Teaches Others. Click a student name to edit it. Ratings save automatically in your browser (no account, no server).
Suggested rhythm: rate everyone once mid-October, once late December, once before qualifiers. Look for kids who moved up two levels — they're your team leaders. Look for kids stuck at Emerging in one column — they need a targeted pairing. Part of the Coaches Corner hub.

How to read a row: a kid with mostly Ps and one T in Teamwork is your unofficial team captain material. A kid with all Es in Robot but P in Present is your judging interview lead. A kid stuck at E across the board mid-season needs a coach conversation, not a new mentor.
The rating scale is LR's coaching rubric — not FIRST's tournament judging scale (that's different: Beginning / Developing / Accomplished / Exemplary for Robot Design and Not Yet / Emerging / Accomplished / Exceeds for Core Values). Use this to track growth over the season; use FIRST's rubric to prep for judging day.
Sharing with a co-coach: use Copy shareable link above — the URL will hold your team's ratings so a co-coach opening it sees the same matrix. (State lives in the URL; nothing is uploaded.) You can also Print → Save as PDF, or take a screenshot. Clearing your browser data will erase the local copy but a shared URL still works.
