By using this website or participating in Loudoun Robotics programs, events, or camps, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for programs.
Loudoun Robotics is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 33-4000099) based in Loudoun County, Virginia. We are independently operated and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), LEGO Education, Loudoun County Public Schools, or any partner venue unless explicitly stated.
The text, images, and graphics on this site are the property of Loudoun Robotics, our contributors, or licensed third parties (including FIRST, LEGO Education, and our sponsors). You may view and print pages for personal, educational, or noncommercial use. You may not republish, sell, or commercially redistribute our content without written permission.
Third-party trademarks displayed on this site — including FIRST®, FIRST LEGO League®, FIRST Tech Challenge®, and LEGO® — remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of those marks is solely to describe programs we run and does not imply endorsement.

Donations to Loudoun Robotics are processed by Givebutter and its payment providers. Donations are final and tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with Givebutter to resolve it.
When you submit a form (contact, volunteer, sponsor, bring-to-school, or resource suggestion), you represent that the information provided is accurate. We will use the information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our site links to external sites (FIRST, GitHub, Mailchimp, Givebutter, and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
The site and our programs are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding program availability, outcomes, or results. Robotics activities involve hand tools and small parts; participants and their parents assume ordinary risks associated with hands-on learning. Safety instructions provided at each program must be followed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loudoun Robotics, its directors, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our programs. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be lawfully limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
