We're finalizing our first annual impact report. Summary numbers will appear below once our fiscal year closes; a full PDF report will be posted for download.
We are a volunteer-run organization with no paid staff. Funds are spent in four broad categories:
LEGO Education kits, FTC robot kits, tools, and first-season supplies for new teams.
Official program and event registration so teams can compete.
Materials, refreshments, printing, and venue-related costs for camps and STEM Into ACTION events.
Liability insurance, nonprofit filing fees, website hosting, and payment-processing fees. We keep these minimal and transparent.
Loudoun Robotics is a registered 501(c)(3) (EIN 33-4000099). Our IRS Form 990-N (or 990-EZ once applicable) will be filed annually and is available through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search. We will also maintain a Candid / GuideStar profile.
